I ordered from Takomo Golf sometime around the end of the month, or maybe it was the week before, and the club showed up exactly how I picked it online. Nothing was missing, the specs looked right, and there were no weird surprises when I opened the box.
The shipping updates were decent too. I can’t remember the exact day it arrived, but it was pretty much in the window I expected. Mostly I was just relieved the order was accurate, because I always get a little nervous buying golf gear online without seeing it first.
Overall it was a really straightforward experience. I got what I paid for, didn’t have to chase anyone down or contact support, and everything was correct. I’d order from them again.

They helped me pick out the right shafts and they feel great so far. I’m not totally sure I understood all the fitting details, but since the clubs feel better, I guess they knew exactly what they were doing...

I also appreciated that it didn’t feel pushy or cluttered like some sites that try to pressure you into buying right away. It just felt straightforward and respectful, which I think says something good about the brand. Overall, a clean and classy website that’s easy to get around.

I was able to find the shaft and grip I wanted easy. Nice options and the whole thing was simple enought, so no complaints from me.

They were helpful once they finally got back to me, but I felt a bit misled about how quickly I’d get support. The replies took way longer than I expected, which made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

I went in thinking it would probably be decent, just based on the way people talked about it, and it ended up being exactly what I hoped for. Worth it for sure, and I really don’t have any complaints

As a lefty, shopping for clubs is usually kind of a pain. I was expecting the same old limited options, but Takomo actually had the model I wanted in left hand, which was a nice surprise. Ordering was easy too, I thought it might be a hassle, actually no, it was straightforward. Just nice not to feel like an afterthought for once. Really happy with them so far

The clubs look really nice, and I’m interested… but I do wish there was a simpler way to demo them or try them before buying. It’s just hard to know if they’ll actually fit my game without hitting a few shots first, you know? Not saying they’re bad at all, it just feels like a bit of a gamble without a trial option

My order showed up in one piece and the box wasn’t damaged, so I’ll give them credit for that. After I paid, though, I started feeling a little unsure because the updates weren’t super reassuring. When it arrived, the packaging was basic, especially for golf gear. Everything was included, but the whole thing felt kind of plain and a bit rushed.

Of course, when I needed new clubs, every other place seemed to be sold out. Luckily, this shop actually had what I was looking for in stock, so I didn’t have to keep wasting time searching around...

I will NEVER purchase a single product from Takomo again!  I purchased a "custom" (shorter shaft length) set of clubs for my son well over two months ago.  Not only have I not received them and the fulfillment window as long passed, there's also no phone number to actually call and talk to customer service - they only have an email address.  The one person it seems they have reviewing and responding to emails, tells me there is no estimate on when the clubs will even be shipped AND since it's a "custom" set, they're refusing to refund my money.  Don't be fooled by the lower cost - you're doing business with what seems to be little more than a cheap manufacturing company.  Do yourself a favor and spend a little more to get a quality set of clubs where you can actually talk to someone to get any potential issues resolved.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Takomo!!

A buddy of mine was asking how they were wearing after all the range sessions and a few soggy rounds, and I realized they still look solid. No odd dents, nothing rattling or feeling loose. For the price, the build quality has been way better than I expected...
